5 days and counting...

of the Christmas music being played at the office.

I'm afraid if I have any more caffeine today I'm going to snap and pull an 'Office Space' on somebody's radio.

I should also mention that I just realized how much I really, really hate The Little Drummer Boy.

Not a fan myself.

Two things: (1) that is tantamount to torture. Seriously. A full month of that? They can't possibly think that's a healthy work environment. (2) I sort of love the Little Drummer Boy in small doses. I mean, if ever a song said "it's the thought that counts," it's the one.

I guess I'm in the minority... I love Christmas music. Not ALL Christmas music (like, I'm not a fan of the Carpenters...blech) - but the upbeat songs, and the ones from my childhood.... they put me in a good mood and remind me why this season is special!

BUT - if the Little Drummer Boy makes you want to poke your eyes out, maybe you should take your MP3 player to work??? We wouldn't want to hear about the girl who went postal on her co-worker over a Christmas carol... I'm pretty sure that'd land you on Santa's naughty list...... ;-)

Hope your day is going better today!

Oh my God, if I have to hear Rufus sing Hallelujah at Starbucks ONE MORE TIME I might open an effing vein. I swear to God.

I told the offender that I would karate chop him in the throat if I had to listen to that damn Christmas music all day.

He laughed, turned up the volume, and then moo'ed at me while I ate a lindt truffle I found in the lunchroom.

Oh, now it's wartime.
