[pink]

I've been having major insomnia since the wedding planning began, and as I lie (or is it lay? sometimes I hate grammar- and punctuation). Anyway, as I lie/lay in bed I wonder the craziest things.

For instance: why do I have so much pink on my blog? I don't have a particular fondness for the color. I think I have, like, one pink shirt that I wear sometimes. It's not bad. It's girlie. But what I really like is black. Classic, hides most stains, and matches with practically everything (don't quote me on this. I make no claims to being fashionably inclined).

Pink. I blame it all on my love for peonies. Pink peonies. Mrs. FDR to be exact.
Thank you Tylenol PM. I have a feeling we will become good friends til next June.

P.S. I'm also on the hunt for a good natural/herbal way to help me sleep (I'm trying to avoid taking too many medications). So, if anyone has any good alternatives to Tylenol PM, please share!

O no! Sorry you can't sleep. I am a worrier so I will probably be doing the same thing.

Funny, I have pink on my site too. Yet, I'm not all that crazy about pink. Strange.

I'm with you on the color black. It's slimming and goes with everything so how can it ever be wrong?

chammomile or lemon tea. Will do the trick every time. And by the way, black is simply the best color. You can't even tell when I spill my coffee on my shirt!

i can't sleep either! on the one hand, i think it's making me lose weight...
valerian root. it's this stinky herb you can get at your local health food or supplement store. it works with less intensity than tylenol but it works.

I have been taking these pills that I get from Target. they are called Super Snooze with Melatonin. It's an all natural pill and it REALLY helps me fall asleep. I am always trying to stay away from medication as well, so this works like a charm for me!

The only thing I can prescribe for sleep is more exercise. Good luck!
